Liquor licenses

The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:

Kim Nguyen and Van Nguyen, for a license to sell beer and wine at Pho, 16209 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite E, Vancouver.

Jeffrey D. Strong, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Nick’s Bar & Grill, 22011 N.E. 399th St., Amboy.

Keri L. Gallagher, for a license to sell beer and wine at C’est La Vie, 113 E. Main St., Battle Ground.

Erik Cloe, Amanda Cloe and Jake Walton, for a license to sell microbrews at Doomsday Brewing Company, 2502 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver.

Scott Flury, for a license to sell beer and wine at Latte Da Coffee House and Wine Bar, 205 E. 39th St., Vancouver, and also off premises.

Kyle Dean, Christine Dean, Jack Graves, Beebe Harvey, Jeffrey Harvey and Jennifer Mears, for a license to sell beer and wine at Burgerville, 13309 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver.

Kevin R. Engelstad, for a license to sell beer and wine at Bucky’s Pizza, 630 E. Birch Ave., La Center.
