Letter: Have we reached a breaking point?

The Columbian
Published: August 16, 2014, 5:00pm

Well, here we are again, in Clark County, if you are thrilled with higher taxes, more congestion, a bankrupt county, permanent damage to critical watersheds, your unconstitutional “fees,” federal multimillion-dollar suits, bad air quality, more shopping malls, and fast food, the list is really long. It was all laid out for you by me and others years ago, and it all came true, but you believed developers that gold will flow like water, chicken in every pot, a true paradise in Clark County if you just let us develop every square inch. If you bought this then and buy it now, please call your county commissioners and tell them you want more of the same. Otherwise scream at them and say no more.
