Case of dynamite found buried in Spokane woods

SPOKANE — A man searching a wooded area of Spokane with a metal detector made a dynamite discovery.

He dug up a barrel Sunday and found that it had a case of dynamite inside.

KREM reports it took a police bomb squad several hours to safely dispose of it.
