Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Alpine Building Materials has leased 1,132 square feet of office space at The Glen, 3400 S.E. 196th Ave., Suite 104, Camas, from Terrace LLC. Adam Roselli and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Destiny Properties Partnership has purchased 15 acres from ABC Distribution LLC. The site, zoned industrial, is near the intersection of South Union Ridge Parkway and Northeast 10th Avenue, Ridgefield. Andy Kangas of CBRE represented the seller.

Esquire Cleaners has renewed its lease at MacArthur Center, 7615 MacArthur Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

H & R Block Enterprises has leased 2,008 square feet of retail space at 11 N.W. 12th Ave., Battle Ground, from Battle Ground Center LLC. Corine Nussmeier of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord and Gary Gallinger of Harbor Realty Advisors represented the tenant.

Pines Coffee has leased retail space at Parkhill Center, 6400 Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Parkhill Center LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

S.K. Management Building LLC has purchased the former Pioneer Printing buildings at 1307 and 1315 Columbia St., Vancouver, from Kenmar Vancouver LLC for $1,290,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, Gordon Lewis and Bob Bernhardt represented the seller.

Shelly LaFrance has leased 875 square feet of space at 9320 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 103, Vancouver, for a nurse practitioner’s office. The anticipated move-in date is April 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Elaine Gesik of Equity Advisors represented the landlord.

Sputtertech has renewed its lease at Eastridge Business Park, 12013 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver. Joshua Schwartz and Keith Young of Kidder Mathews represented both parties.

Sylvan Learning, providing tutoring programs, has leased 1,774 square feet of office and retail space at Cascade Village, 615 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 4, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. LP. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
