Skills Center program seeks old electronics

Students with the Clark County Skills Center information technology program will accept old, broken computers and electronics at their second annual e-waste recycling event Saturday at the Firstenburg Technology Center, 12200 N.E. 28th St.

Drop off donations between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Students will not accept televisions or appliances.

The IT classes involved in the event aim to keep electronics out of landfills while gaining experience from troubleshooting and working on computers. For more information visit ccskillscenter.com or contact the Skills Center at 360-604-1050.
