Boys basketball: Ridgefield 70, Woodland 62

Ridgefield had a 20-point lead at halftime and stayed in front for a 70-62 win over Woodland on Friday night.

Behind 21 points from David Potter as well as 13 points and five assists from Neil Biggerstaff, Ridgfield survived a late push by Woodland to get back into the game.

Woodland’s Tanner Huddleston scored 26 points, including five three-pointers in the 4th quarter alone to rally Woodland but it wasn’t enough.

Ridgefield had five players with more than five rebounds and made 14 more free-throws than Woodland.
