SEATTLE (AP) — Katie Hempen came off the bench to score a dozen points to lead No. 24 Arizona State to a 78-60 win over Washington in a Pac-12 Conference contest Sunday afternoon, returning to its winning ways against the Huskies.

Washington swept ASU last year, but had lost 15 of 16 games before that and now has lost 16 of its last 19 against the Sun Devils.

Arizona State (12-2, 1-1 Pac 12) bounced back quickly from an 85-78 upset by Washington State in the conference opener Friday, racing to a 47-29 lead at intermission.

Kelsey Moos and Deja Mann each scored 11 points for ASU while Joy Burke and Eliza Normen both added 10 points off the bench. The Sun Devils out-rebounded Washington 44-32.

Jazmine Davis scored 23 points on 8-for-13 shooting to lead the Huskies (8-5, 1-1 Pac 12). Kelsey Plum added another 16 points.
