TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Reggie Lewis scored 19 points — including half of Florida A&M’s final 16 points — to fuel a late rally and push the Rattlers into a 63-60 comeback over North Carolina Central on Saturday night.

Lewis hit a 3-pointer with 1:25 to play to put the Rattlers within one, 60-59. His assist to Jamie Adams for a 3 gave Florida A&M a two-point lead, and Lewis made a free throw to end the game.

Adams added 19 points, and he and Lewis combined for nine 3-pointers.

The Rattlers (5-11, 1-2 Mid-Eastern Athletic) had trailed from the start, but North Carolina Central allowed them back into the game and blew a 14-point lead after scoring just two points in the final 10:24. The Eagles (8-5, 0-1) missed 11 shots and turned the ball over four times in those final minutes.

Alfonzo Houston led North Carolina Central with 16 points.
