176-lot subdivision topic of Feb. 27 public hearing

A Feb. 27 Clark County public hearing will consider comments on a 176-lot single-family home subdivision in the unincorporated Proebstel neighborhood.

Proposed by Lennar Northwest Inc., Lacamas Prairie Estates PUD (planned unit development) would be built on an 88-acre tract at 2715 N.E. 187th Ave.

Comments received by the Jan. 30 deadline will be considered at the 6 p.m. Feb. 27 public hearing at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver. Submit comments in person to the Community Development Department at the Public Service Center; mail comments to Richard Daviau, Department of Community Development, P.O. Box 9810, Vancouver; or email comments to richard.daviau@clark.wa.gov.
