Car goes off road north of Washougal; driver hurt

A man was injured early Tuesday morning after his Honda Accord went off the roadway north of Washougal, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash was reported at 4:32 a.m. in the 800 block of Southeast Washougal River Road. The driver, Shawn C. Richmond, 39, was injured in the crash and transported by ambulance to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
