EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Eugene police are asking for help from the public after a witness reported seeing a woman being pulled into a car Wednesday evening near a bar and grill east of Autzen Stadium.

Police spokeswoman Melinda McLaughlin says the vehicle was described as an older, four-door, dark-colored sedan that headed south.

She says police checked the area and reviewed missing person reports but found no more information.
