Local Seattle Seahawks fans will celebrate the football team’s Super Bowl XLVIII appearance and the power of the “12th Man” with a Saturday rally.
The blue-and-green celebration will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday around the pavilion in Esther Short Park, 301 W. Eighth St.
The event organizers are encouraging fans to bring unused school supplies to be donated. So far, more than 140 fans are planning on attending, according to the rally’s Facebook event page.
