PORTLAND — Police say there were a large number of witnesses to a fatal drive-by shooting on a north Portland street, but they have shared little information with investigators.

KATU reports a reward of up to $1,000 is offered through Crime Stoppers for information that leads to an arrest in Monday’s shooting.

Andrew Coggins was hit once, and the 24-year-old died at the scene on a curb.

Residents reported hearing up to 10 shots. Police believe the shooting is gang-related.
