Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Brett Richardson has leased 1,685 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center One, 1710 S.W. Ninth Ave., Suite 112, Battle Ground, for an eye clinic. Brad Pihas of Commercial Tenant Advisors represented the tenant. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Caspian Holdings has purchased a 2,700-square-foot office building at 2715 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Virginia L. Ammons. The purchase price was $310,000. Bob Bernhardt of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer. Bob Bernhardt and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Erik with a K Inc. has leased 1,237 square feet of retail space at the Sparks Building, 1001 Broadway, Suite A, Vancouver, from Ten Talents Investments 6 LLC. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Lavern E. Brabant has purchased the 6,400-square-foot Hadassah Spa Building, 9705 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., Vancouver, from D&M White LLC. The purchase price was $550,000. Rick Haddock of FBR Realty represented the buyer. Ron Kawamoto of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.

Liberty Cap Properties has purchased Key Storage, a self-storage complex with 144 units on 1.73 acres at 2900 N.E. 57th Ave., Vancouver, from the estate of Florinda J. Weagant and Key Storage Inc. The purchase price was $1,288,174. Jim Lewis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. Gordon Lewis and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Urban Wolves Fibre Art has leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at Hazel Dell Towne Center, 9301 N.E. Fifth Ave., Suite G-120, Vancouver, from Pine Tree-Sau Hazel Dell LLC. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Vancouver Paving has purchased 3.97 acres of industrial land at 1303 N.E. 154th St., Vancouver, from the estate of Laurie J. Wilsdon. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Verizon Wireless has leased 3,200 square feet of office space at 500 S.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver, from SK Development. The anticipated move-in date is April 1, 2015. Jill Oliveri of Leibsohn and Co. represented the tenant. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord.

Vina’s Nail Salon has purchased 998 square feet of retail space at Vancouver Village II. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1. Trung Le of KW Commercial represented the tenant. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
