18th House, Position 1 and 49th House, Position 2 race:
Republican legislative candidates Lisa Ross, who is running for the 49th Legislative District, Position 2, and John Ley, who is vying for the 18th Legislative District, Position 1 seat, are joining local author Sean Emerson at the Clark County Republican Headquarters, 7 p.m. Sunday at 9401 N.E. Covington Road Suite 101. Emerson will give a signed copy of his book, “Economics for Occupiers” to those who donate to the candidate’s campaign and Ley and Ross will outline their plans to invigorate the region’s economy.
