Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bill Straw Enterprises renewed its lease at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver. The company provides contracting services, specializing in residential siding, windows and repair services. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Cafe Yumm! has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 500 S.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver, from SK Development LLC. The anticipated move-in date is April 1, 2015. Natalie Butler of New & Neville represented the tenant and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord.

ConsoliDebt Solutions LLC has leased 350 square feet of office space at 300 W. 15th St., Suite 306, Vancouver. Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Craciun Palms LLC has purchased Palms Plaza 7, a 7,030-square-foot retail building at 13025 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, from Palms 7 LLC. The purchase price was $1,975,000. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer and Derek Federinko, Steve Mack, Matt Peters & Blake Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Taste of Sichuan has leased 7,192 square feet for an Asian restaurant at Eastside Spectrum, 1825 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite 110, Vancouver. Mark Banta of Commercial Realty Advisors NW LLC represented the tenant and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
