For the seventh year, Clark Public Utilities has been ranked best in customer satisfaction from J.D. Power & Associates, a market research firm.
The firm measures customer satisfaction with electric utilities though power quality and reliability; price; billing and payment; corporate citizenship; communications; and customer service.
More than 104,000 U.S. residential electric customers took the online survey, comparing 138 electric utilities serving more than 96 million households.
