King County prosecutors say a judge has found probable cause to hold a 26-year-old Seattle man for investigation of kidnapping and attempted rape after a 10-year-old girl reported she was attacked but managed to escape.

The Seattle Times reported bail was set Tuesday at $250,000 for Dejon Luciano Robinson.

A man driving by a wooded area in south Seattle on Monday evening saw a girl frantically running away and screaming for help. Police say the driver also saw a man running away and called 911 with his description.

Police arrested the man. According to court papers, he’s accused of grabbing the girl and dragging her into some woods after they had a conversation about where a library was located.
