SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (AP) — A worker was shot in the back while operating equipment at a construction site Thursday afternoon in Spokane Valley.
The man was treated at a hospital and is expected to recover.
KXLY reports (http://bit.ly/1mQUR5v) deputies questioned a man at a home across the street and are trying to determine whether the shooting was accidental or intentional.
