The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

NORTH SALMON CREEK: Visconi Companies Ltd. seeks approval to construct a 14,000-square-foot Walgreens retail store at 14011 N.E. 20th Ave., Vancouver on three tax lots in the C-3 zone. The company also proposes a boundary line adjustment between two of the lots. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: June 25. YACOLT: Kay E. Dalke, trustee of the Peter Kysar Trust, requests approval to divide 28 acres into two single-family residential lots to resolve an illegal land division in the FR-40 zone. COUNTRYSIDE WOODS NEIGHBORHOOD: Evergreen Quarry LLC seeks approval to subdivide five lots totaling 19.4 acres into 120 single family residential lots. The location is south of Northeast 18th Street, west of Northeast 155th Avenue and east of Northeast 152nd Avenue. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant.
