$5M to $7M in art planned for Seattle waterfront

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle expects to spend $5 million to $7 million on art for the downtown waterfront redevelopment project.

The work is funded through the 1 Percent for Art program.

The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reports a number of permanent and temporary installations are planned, including a piece that incorporates play activity and a sculpture that people can interact with physically.
