BREMERTON — Four men were arrested after a dispute among children turned into a near-riot when their parents got involved in a Bremerton neighborhood.

The Kitsap Sun reports nine Bremerton police officers, two Kitsap County sheriff’s deputies and three Washington State Patrol troopers responded Tuesday night to east Bremerton where neighbors were arguing and threatening each other in the street.

A 50-year-old man accused of threatening people with a screwdriver was jailed for investigation of assault. Two men were arrested for disorderly conduct and one for reckless driving.
