Published: March 1, 2014, 4:00pm

Vancouver will roll out of the red carpet with a special Academy Awards viewing party at the Kiggins Theatre.

The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce’s “Vancouver Goes Hollywood” black tie party, beginning 4 p.m. today, aims for glitz and glamour, complete with red carpet interviews, camera crews, limousine rides and a live band playing tunes from the 1920s. It’s all based around The Jazz Age theme: “It’s Great, It’s Gatsby.”

“Project Runway: All Stars” winner and Vancouver resident Seth Aaron Henderson will conduct fashion interviews as guests arrive in limos from the parking area. The best-dressed people will win awards.

The $86 price includes dinner. Proceeds from the no-host bar go to the Clark County Arts Commission.
