An engineering and manufacturing firm will move into the Port of Camas-Washougal industrial park, after Foods in Season relocates to the Steigerwald Commerce Center.

Port commissioners have approved a five-year lease with DS Fabrication and Design, for the 13,620 square-foot Building 16, located at 3805 S. Truman St.

Lease terms, starting May 1, include monthly payments of $5,525 for the first year, with a 12.84 percent increase the second year. During the third, fourth and fifth years, there will be a three percent increase.

There is also a security deposit of $7,688.

DS Fabrication, currently located at 2305 S.E. Eighth Ave., Camas, provides welding services.

Foods in Season plans to move this spring into the new 21,600 square foot Building 15 on Lincoln Street.

“It is supposed to be ready for move in around the third week of April,” said Port Executive Director David Ripp.
