Woodland principal under investigation

WOODLAND — Woodland police say they are investigating Mark Houk, the principal of Woodland Primary School, on suspicion of child abuse.

Superintendent Michael Green said he could not comment on the ongoing investigation, but he confirmed police are looking into allegations against Houk. However, he did not confirm whether Houk is on administrative leave.

Aside from confirming the investigation, police declined to comment on the situation.
