ALBANY, Ore. — A fugitive from Washington state may be in the Albany area.

Police and Linn County deputies are looking for 36-year-old Derral “Kenny” Mosby. He’s wanted in Lewis County, Wash., on arrest warrants accusing him of possessing methamphetamine and trafficking in stolen property.

The Corvallis Gazette-Times reports that he is suspected of breaking into a house near Ridgefield and stealing a car Thursday.

Albany police located the car Sunday, and early Tuesday they responded to a report of a suspicious man riding a bicycle near the Linn County Fairgrounds.

The sheriff’s office says Mosby has relatives in the Salem-Albany area and has been calling them, asking for help.
