Oso — OnPoint Community Credit Union gave $10,000 last week to the American Red Cross to help provide aid to victims of the mudslide in Oso, which killed dozens in March. Members of the regional credit union, with three branches in Vancouver, also donated to the Red Cross at branches and online during a recent fundraising drive. “We sincerely hope this donation will help in their relief and recovery efforts,” said OnPoint President and CEO Rob Stuart. Numerous organizations have helped the devastated Snohomish County community through financial support, including Lacamas Community Credit Union, which donated $1,000 in April.
