Camas and Battle Ground went to extra innings.

Skyview dropped Union into a tie for first place.

And once again, the Class 4A Greater St. Helens League softball season had another wild day.

When all was said and done after the final day of the league season, Camas got a 2-0 win in eight innings to move to 7-3 in the league and will share the league title with Union. Battle Ground and Skyview tied for third.

Now it gets real fun.

Camas and Union will play at 6 p.m. Thursday at Heritage High School for bragging rights and the No. 1 seed to the bi-district tournament. The loser will be No. 2.

At 4 p.m., also at Heritage, Skyview and Battle Ground will play an elimination game. Winner advances to bi-district, and the loser is done for the season.

The Class 3A GSHL’s district tournament also starts Thursday. Prairie and Kelso play each other at 4 p.m. in an elimination game at Kelso. The winner will face Mountain View at 6 p.m. The winner of that game will take on league champion Columbia River on Friday at Kelso.
