Published: May 21, 2014, 5:00pm

In less than two weeks, the Camas Farmers Market will hit the heart of downtown with locally grown produce for its seventh year.

From 3 to 7 p.m. each Wednesday between June 4 to Oct. 1, growers will set up shop in front of the Camas Public Library, at 625 N.E. Fourth Ave., to sell seasonal fruit, vegetables, flowers, eggs, grass-fed meat and other foods. The market also will feature hot food vendors, live music and wine samplings. Members of Washington State University’s Master Gardeners program will offer tips and answer questions about gardening.

People on food stamps can receive up to $5 in tokens to use at the market through the Fresh Match program funded by New Seasons Market.
