Educational Service District 112 has received a $90,000 Kaiser Permanente Northwest grant on behalf of the Healthy Living Collaborative of Southwest Washington to create conditions that are likely to encourage people to make choices that lead to good health.

The collaborative is developing and implementing strategies that address causes of unhealthy behavior and circumstances that perpetuate poverty and increase risk for chronic disease.
