Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Columbia Ventures Corporation has extended its lease at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Ghost Runners Brewery has leased 2,650 square feet of industrial space at 4216 N.E. Minnehaha St., Vancouver. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Titanium Legal Services has leased 1,321 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 125, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

U.A. Express, a shipping and warehousing company, has leased 10,260 square feet of industrial space at 9700 N.E. 126th Ave., Vancouver. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
