Tommy Harshaw of Hockinson was voted The Columbian’s high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Nov. 15.
Harshaw collected 34.2 percent of the 1,399 votes cast by fans to beat out Gave Evenson of Columbia River, who had 33.8 percent.
Harshaw rushed for a 29-yard touchdown, the Hawks’ only score in a win over North Kitsap.
The other nominees were Bryson Enge of Skyview, James Price of Camas and Max Hiller of La Center.
This is the final football player of the week vote for the 2014 season.
