The state has been ordered by a judge to do what it was mandated to do from the onset — educate the children. Obviously, the judge is right; they have failed, miserably. They have built multimillion-dollar stadiums in King County, an unbelievable assortment of fluff; they have no money, they spent it.
Then voters pass a “gun control” law that is unfunded, basically unenforceable, and violates the Second, Fourth, and Fifth amendments of the U.S. Constitution, which means that it will end up in court at the cost of more money, wasted time and energy. At the end of it all, the educational system will suffer even more. The money and time wasted on this could have much better been spent on some basic needs of this society, which would go a long ways in helping the few troubled individuals who bring about knee-jerk reactions that solve nothing.
I give this election a failing grade. For those of you who missed it in our failed educational system, you don’t need much education to read and interpret the Second, Fourth and Fifth amendments. You’d be well advised to read them; they are simple, not full of legal sleaze that no one can understand.
