The Washington State Department of Transportation is asking residents to weigh in on a broad list of future transportation projects with more than 1,100 entries, including many in Clark County.

The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program is updated every year and identifies transportation projects in Washington that are funded by a combination of federal, state and local funds. The four-year list includes everything from paving and signal systems to highway projects and transit facilities. Projects can carry over from year to year, according to WSDOT.

The 2015-18 plan is available at www.wsdot.wa.gov. The agency is accepting comments until Dec. 17.

People can submit comments by mail to Nancy Huntley, WSDOT, P.O. Box 47390, Olympia, WA 98504, by email to huntlen@wsdot.wa.gov or by fax to 360-705-6822.
