PULLMAN — Washington State University is asking students to make sure their measles, mumps and rubella vaccinations are up to date before they return from the Thanksgiving break.

The school issued the advisory Monday in response to an outbreak of mumps at nearby University of Idaho where 10 cases have been reported and 20 more possible cases are under investigation.

No recent mumps cases have been reported in Pullman.
