MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (AP) — The Skagit County sheriff’s office says human remains found last month by a hiker near Marblemount have been identified as a camper missing since August of last year.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports 61-year-old Thomas McCoy of Arlington failed to return from a solo camping trip and a weeklong search found no sign of him.
