Fire damages house near Ridgefield

Fire damaged a home near Ridgefield late Saturday night.

The fire was reported shortly after 10 p.m. at 3403 N.W. 209th St., an 800-square foot single-story house built in 1945.

Fire crews from Clark County Fire & Rescue reported flames had extended into the building’s attic and initially attacked the fire from the exterior. The fire was reported out at 10:33 p.m.

Details on the level of damage was not available.

The house is owned by Martha Rosales, according to county property records.
