Steven Powell, the father-in-law of missing Utah woman Susan Powell, has entered a not guilty plea to child pornography charges.

Powell entered the plea Tuesday afternoon and a Pierce County judge set bail at $50,000. The Pierce County prosecutor on Monday reinstated a child pornography charge against Powell that had been dismissed during a 2012 trial that ultimately resulted in him serving time for voyeurism.

Powell, 64, is the father of Josh Powell, who killed his two young sons and himself in February 2012 while under investigation for the disappearance of his wife, Susan Powell, in Utah.
