Letter: Generate a win for Winningham

The Columbian
Published: September 2, 2014, 5:00pm

State Rep. Liz Pike R-Camas, 18th District, Position 2, has done nothing for Clark County or our state. Pike has criticized school teachers for being lazy and has done nothing to see that our schools have adequate funding. Recently, she called our state workers “rude.”

Pike did everything she could to kill the Interstate 5 bridge project without a plan of her own. She’s for the east county bridge proposal, which is a fantasy project and distraction to disguise her inaction on anything that would really benefit our community.

Candidate Maureen Winningham is a proven leader with constructive ideas. She will see that our schools are properly funded and our transportation issues are properly addressed.

Please vote for Maureen Winningham. She will work for you.
