TUALATIN, Ore. — Lines formed early as excited shoppers prepared for Thursday’s grand opening of a Cabela’s store in the Portland area.

Hours before doors opened, the line wrapped around the parking lot and few parking spots remained.

The Oregonian reports that Lisa Ezell staked out her spot in line on Tuesday and remained at the front two days later. She led line-dancers to country music blasting over loud speakers outside the store.

Traffic was expected to be an issue all day, with shoppers eager to see the 100,000-square-foot hunting, fishing and outdoor store in Tualatin.
