EVERGREEN HIGH SCHOOL

These 2014 Evergreen graduates have reported the following scholarships and awards:

Kimberly A. Boucher, daughter of Sherrie M. Conrad, received a renewable $27,500 college-bound scholarship. She will study psychology at the University of Washington.

Vivian Chong, daughter of Myounghui and Kiman Chong, will study chemistry at the University Of Washington. She received a $1,000 Key Club scholarship, a $1,000 Fort Vancouver Kiwanis Club scholarship, a $1,000 Comcast Leaders & Achievers scholarship, and a $5,000 scholarship from the Rubens Family Foundation.

McKenna R. Cox, daughter of Terri L. Cox and Bryan P. Burleson, will study psychology at Clark College. She received a $2,000 Fern Grimm scholarship.

Inaria Daniel, daughter of Vivianie Tutii and Daniel Tomei, received a $11,036 college bound scholarship and a $3,500 scholarship from the KMR Group Foundation. She will study nursing at Washington State University Vancouver.

Gabe C. Darland, son of Laura and Ron Darland, will study medical radiography at Clark College. He received a $3,500 scholarship from the KMR Group Foundation and a $1,000 scholarship from Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club Foundation.

Megan A. Flinchbaugh, daughter of Karen I. and David L. Flinchbaugh, will study architecture at the University of Portland. She received a renewable $16,000 Arthur Schulte Jr. scholarship.

Melissa Henry will study radiology at Clark College. She received a $3,500 scholarship from the KMR Group Foundation.

Lucy M. Lo’Re, daughter of Judith D. and Patrick D. Lo’Re, will study elementary education at George Fox University, where she received these scholarships: $1,500 leadership scholarship, $1,500 academic award, $14,000 presidential scholar award and a $1,000 Samuel Marx scholarship. She also received a $1,500 scholarship from the Evergreen Administrators’ Association.

Cindy Nguyen, daughter of Thanh Thuy and Hung Nguyen, will study diagnostic medical sonography at Clark College. She received a $1,000 scholarship from the Fort Vancouver Kiwanis Club.

Marieh L. Roberts, daughter of Jessica A. Roberts, received a $2,500 Washington state opportunity scholarship. She will study bioengineering at the University of Washington.

Kathleen A. Unsell, daughter of Therese and Dave Unsell, received a college bound scholarship. She is a veterinary science major at Washington State University Vancouver.
