COUNTRYSIDE WOODS: Leigh Tapani with Evergreen Quarry LLC has requested to subdivide six lots totaling 21.25 acres into 115 single-family residential lots in the R-9 zone, creating the Evergreen Villas Subdivision. The site is south of and adjacent to Northeast 18th Street, and between Northeast 155th Avenue and Northeast 152nd Avenue. This is a revised application, replacing one submitted on Nov. 12, 2013, and deemed complete on May 28, 2014. This revision increases a majority of the lot sizes, proposes improvements to First Place Park including a potential trail improvement to the adjacent BPA right-of-way, provides two full accesses to Northeast 155th Avenue and extends a gravity sewer line rather than constructing a new pump station. Comment deadline: Oct. 13. Staff contact: Patti McEllrath, 360-487-7893 or patti.mcellrath@cityofvancouver.us.
