Nominations open for Evergeen Public Schools gifted program

Evergreen Public Schools is accepting student referrals for the district’s Highly Capable Programs (EXCEL) for the 2015-2016 school year. The programs address the needs of gifted students in second through eighth grades. Online referrals are open Oct. 1 through Nov. 17.
