MILWAUKIE, Ore. — Milwaukie police are looking for a car that drove up on a sidewalk to hit a woman as she was pushing a baby stroller.

The 18-year-old woman told police she was able to push her 5-month-old child out of the way Wednesday evening before she was hit.

She suffered a hip injury and was unable to walk. She says there were numerous young people in the car that backed up and drove off.
