PORTLAND — Police are trying to identify suspects in a fatal Tuesday night shooting in southeast Portland’s Woodstock neighborhood.
Sgt. Pete Simpson says officers found a critically wounded victim who died a short time later.
Officers searched the area with a police dog and talked with neighbors who reported hearing screaming and seeing people running.
KOIN reports police have received conflicting descriptions of possible suspects.
