Wells Fargo bank on Hayden Island robbed

Portland police asking the public for more information about the robbery

Portland police are looking for more information about a robbery at a Wells Fargo bank on Hayden Island, which was reported at 11:19 a.m. Monday at 12240 N. Jantzen Drive.

Police officers talked with employees, who said that the robber implied he had a gun as he demanded money. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber left the bank.

Police described the suspect as a pale white man in his 40s or 50s, 6 feet tall and wearing a tan and red shirt.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact Portland Police Department robbery detectives at 503-823-0405 or the Portland FBI office at 503-224-4181.
