Workshop offers strategies, ideas on crowdfunding

Vancouver — A workshop, “Crowdfunding: Ideas and Strategies Before Starting a Campaign,” is set for May 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St.

The session will feature a presentation by Gregory Paley, a Seattle-based adviser to entrepreneurs, executives and business owners seeking innovative growth strategies. The presentation is sponsored by Wells Fargo and co-hosted by the city of Vancouver, the Columbia River Economic Development Council, and the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.

Cost is $25 and registration is available at www.vancouverusa.com.
