Vancouver — Drivers should expect delays on southbound Interstate 205 this week.

Washington State Department of Transportation crews are scheduled to slow traffic nightly from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. today through Friday between Padden Parkway and Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard. Crews are installing steel cages for bridge foundation reinforcements for the Northeast 18th Street southbound onramp as part of a larger project on the I-205 Mill Plain to Northeast 18th Street interchange.
