Boys basketball: Washougal 46, Columbia-White Salmon 36

Daniel Davis scored 21 points, making clutch 3-pointers and free throws in the second half to help get the Panthers their first victory.

Davis was 7 of 8 from the free-throw line including 5 for 6 in the fourth quarter. He also made two 3-pointers to extend Washougal’s lead in the third quarter when the Bruins got within 24-20.

Curtis Crosby had 11 points plus key defensive rebounds in the fourth quarter for Washougal (1-1).

Columbia was lead by Jabal Gilbert’s 21 points. He also had 11 offensive rebounds and six blocked shots.
