Chad Parks has joined Waddell & Reed as a financial adviser, where he will help clients develop financial plans and recommend investment strategies. Parks comes to the agency from Salt Lake City, Utah, where he worked in pharmaceutical sales for the past 10 years. He has also worked for Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs and Pinnacle Financial.
Cass Parker has been promoted to employer services manager for the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council. In her new role, she will explore areas of growth in job openings and skills and help employers with funding and training resources. Parker has been with SWWDC since early 2015, assisting with contract management and overseeing the Business After School program.
Alex Lawson has joined the architectural design staff of LSW Architects to assist with graphic support, design and architectural renderings. Originally from Nuevo Leon, Mexico, she worked for the interior design and architecture firm L’art de Vivre.
